Made from high quality stainless steel. The UFO Roaster/Smoker creates the most delicious meats ever tasted! Place a handful of UFO sawdust in the bottom of the cooker, slide the seasoned meats on the hooks, hold them on using the discs and hang the meat under the lid. Place the lid back onto the cooker, light the burner and leave it to roast for approx 2.5 hours. It can also be used as a fish smoker using the grill plate supplied.
Also, flip the cooker over to use as a BBQ!

Extensions can be used for cooker larger roasts.
