Ngaio Rock dive site at the Poor Knights Islands is adjacent to the magic wall and at times the currents here can be quite strong. With this in mind it is safe to say that this location is best suited to the more advanced divers.
The rock itself harbours an abundance of life with prolific school fish kelp covered rocks and boulders that are grazed by leather jackets and trigger fish. Slopping away the rock drops off to over 40 meters and is very scenic.
For those that are fit enough and keen for a bit of a swim visiting the magic wall can be an added bonus with its vibrant encrusted wall of colour. Here you may even see the big green turtle that frequents this area.
